If you have purchased a product that does not meet your needs, you can exchange it within 10 days of receipt by contacting us at 1-888-549-0780 for a RA (return authorizaion) number to ship the product back to us. Indicate with a note in the returned packaged what the new size requested is and a new product will be shipped out to you once the exchanged product is received. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but we will need to charge for the shipping costs for the new product being shipped to you. Only new, unused products can be exchanged.

Requests for returns of new, unused equipment must be made within 10 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Contact us at 1-888-549-0780 for a RA (return authorizaion) number before shipping the product back. Shipping costs are not refundable.

In-Store pick up and returns are not allowed for online purchases.

Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Any product description errors are subject to correction.

Game Seven Sports prices are very competitive. If a product price is lowered at a future time, price adjustments will not given for previously purchased equipment.
